At AuraSig.com, we're dedicated to delivering your custom embroidered creations with care and efficiency. Because each item is personalized and made to order, our shipping process includes both production time and transit time.
1. Shipping Destinations
● United States Only: We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all orders:
● Orders up to $29.99: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
● Orders $30.00 and above: Enjoy FREE shipping on your entire order!
Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing & Production Time
Please remember that your custom embroidered item is made just for you. This means there's a production time before your order ships.
● Design & Digitization: After you place your order, our team will review your design and prepare it for embroidery. If your design requires digitization (converting your artwork into a stitch file), this typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a digital proof for your approval during this stage.
● Production: Once your design proof is approved, production typically takes, e.g., 3-7 business days. This time can vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current workload.
● Total Processing Time: In total, please allow for 5-10 business days, for your order to be produced and ready for shipment.
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Once your order has completed production and shipped, transit times are estimated as follows:
● Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
● Alaska, Hawaii, & remote Addresses: Please allow for longer transit times, generally 7-14 business days or more, depending on the specific location. Please track using the tracking number.
Total Estimated Delivery: To estimate when your custom order will arrive, combine the Order Processing & Production Time with the Estimated Delivery Time.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Potential Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. These may include:
● High order volumes (especially during peak seasons or holidays).
● Unusual design complexity or large order quantities.
● Material availability issues.
● Adverse weather conditions.
● Carrier delays.
If your order experiences a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you via email.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
● Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
● Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee and any additional re-shipping charges. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. If you choose not to have the order
re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fee and a potential restocking fee.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
● Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that a package was lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@aurasig.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
● Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery at returns@aurasig.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a resolution.
